Terms and Conditions

1.  You are buying a personalised web page.

2. The web page will be constructed from your choice of design and text as inputted by you.  Please check your spelling carefully as we will copy your text as it stands onto your webpage.

3. Please ensure that you have entered the recipients email address (or mobile number if you want us to text the notification instead of emailing it) correctly as we won't be held responsible for emails or texts that don't reach the recipient due to misaddressing.

4. If you purchase your web page before the deadline of 9am GMT on 14th February we will have it online by the end of day on 14th February.

5. If you purchase your web page before the 12pm on 13th February, an email/text informing recipients of their web page will be sent before 12pm GMT on
14th February.

6.  You web page will stay online for 1 year.  However if you or the recipient wish to have the web page removed at any time they can do so by emailing info@valentinewebsites.co.uk

7. If you choose two domain names and neither are available we will get in touch with you within 24 hours to offer suggestions for alternatives.  If you do not wish to proceed you can cancel your order and we will give you a full refund.

8.  If you place an order and we know that we won't be able to fulfil your order on time we will offer you a full refund.

9.  Although the web pages we create are not deemed to be public unless you choose to make them so by sharing the website address with others, we will not publish any text or material that we consider to be obscene, pornographic or abusive in nature.

10. The price includes registering a .co.uk domain name through a third party supplier.
For easy administration purposes the domain will be registered under (and therefore the property of) Gammon's take.

11. The price also includes hosting of your webpage for 1 year. Any issues affecting the hosting should be taken up with us at  info@valentinewebsites.co.uk in the first instance.
